Driving set

The principle is that the power output by the speed-regulating motor is transmitted to the driving track after being boosted by the reducer. Oxback-type drive seat

Weighted take-up assembly

The tensioning device is to ensure that the chain is in the original tensioned state. It compensates for the tensile deformation of the chain under the action of tension and the expansion and contraction deformation caused by temperature differences. It ensures that there is a moderate tension between the driving device and the tensioning device. Generally, it is placed behind the transmission device at the place with the smallest tension. After tensioning, there should be no large downhill section with decreased load. Relying on the counterweight disk on this device, the tightness of the chain is automatically adjusted to ensure the normal operation of the driving device. The tensioning force is relatively stable and has a wide range of applications.

Spring take-up assembly

The tensioning device is to ensure that the chain is in the original tensioned state, compensate for the tensile deformation of the chain under the action of tension and the expansion and contraction deformation caused by temperature differences, and ensure that there is a moderate tension between the driving device and the tensioning device. Generally, it is placed behind the transmission device at the place with the smallest tension. After tensioning, there should be no large load drop slope section. The structure is relatively compact and easy to install. However, since its tension is limited by the spring coefficient, it is generally suitable for occasions with shorter lines and little temperature change.

Straight track

Used at the horizontal straight line where the conveying chain travels. The standard supply length is 6 meters, and it can be cut to any length according to the installation site conditions.

Turntable curved track

The disc at the center can rotate 360° around the central axis. It is suitable for occasions with a small turning radius. It can reduce the frictional resistance generated when the chain passes through the elbow, and it is convenient to install and disassemble.

Horizontal curves

Used at the horizontal turning point where the conveying chain travels. The standard diameter ranges from 0.8 to 2 meters at 180°. It can be cut to any degree according to the installation site conditions. Horizontal elbows can also be customized and processed according to customer needs

Casing pipe track

The casing pipe produced by our company is a compensation device designed to absorb the elongation and shortening of the track when the conveying line passes through an area with large temperature changes. It can be used as a tensioning device and can also be used at the connection of straight tracks in the furnace. The straight track can freely expand and contract within the casing pipe, so it will not deform in an environment with thermal expansion and contraction.

Track inspection section

There is an opening that can open the track. Through this opening, the conveying chain can be disassembled, inspected and maintained. Each conveyor line's driving device should be equipped with an inspection track. It is generally located between the outlet of the driving device and the tensioning device, at a place convenient for inspection and maintenance.

Lifting group rail

Used at the ascending and descending points where the conveying chain travels. It can be cut to any angle according to the installation site conditions, but the angle should not be greater than 45°. However, the influence of the distance between two adjacent spreaders in ascending and descending should be considered.

Flange plate

It is used for interconnecting two tracks to facilitate construction and maintenance. Use M10×20 bolts.

Y-shaped spreader

It is directly connected to the chain and has the characteristics of convenient and quick installation. Its lower end is often connected to a cross spreader or a cross disc spreader.

Single point spreader

It is directly connected to the chain and has the characteristics of convenient and quick installation. Its lower end is often connected to a cross spreader or a cross disc spreader.

U-shaped spreader

Suitable for a lower working environment and requires manual assistance for rotation. It can be positioned once every 90° of rotation.

Cross spreader

It needs to be used in combination with the Y-shaped spreader. When the chain is running, the cross support leg hits the spreader diverter installed at a specific position, which can make the suspended work rotate by 90°.

Cross disc spreader

The structure of the cross disc spreader is basically the same as that of the cross spreader, but an additional disc is added above the hook to catch the possible oil dripping in the track and prevent the workpiece from being contaminated.

Gear disc spreader

When the chain is running, the gear is used in conjunction with the rack fixed at a specific position, which can make the suspended workpiece rotate continuously.

Plating spreader

This spreader is specially designed for electroplating factories and is suitable for electroplating spreaders.

C-shaped spreader

This spreader is specially designed for paint baking factories with higher requirements. An oil receiving groove can be installed in the middle to prevent dust from falling on the workpiece. The size can be customized according to customer requirements.

Bearing gear spreader

When the chain is running, the gear is used in conjunction with the rack fixed at a specific position, which can make the suspended workpiece rotate continuously. It is suitable for connection with a single-pendant chain.
