Type of Curved Track
Industrial horizontal curved track
Used for horizontal turning of conveyor chain during operation, the standard radius is R305mm to R815mm, the angle is 180°, it can be cut arbitrarily according to the installation site conditions, and the horizontal elbow can also be customized according to customer needs.
Heavy duty horizontal curved track
Used for horizontal turning of conveyor chain, the standard radius is R500mm~R1000mm×180°, it can be cut arbitrarily according to the installation site conditions, and the horizontal elbow can also be customized according to customer needs.

Installation of Curved Track
Preparation:
Confirm that the model and specifications of the conveyor curve meet the design requirements. Check whether all related accessories are complete, including brackets, bolts, connectors, etc.
On-site Inspection:
Clean the installation site to ensure that the ground is flat and free of obstacles. Check the connection part of the conveyor line to ensure that it cooperates well with the existing conveying equipment.
Fixing Bracket:
Determine the installation position of the curve according to the design drawings. Use fixing brackets to fix the curve to the foundation or other equipment to ensure stability.
Connect The Conveyor Belt:
Connect both ends of the conveyor belt to the inlet and outlet of the curve to ensure that the connection is not loose. Check the tension of the conveyor belt to ensure it is appropriate.
Adjust The Alignment:
Ensure that the curve is aligned with the front and rear conveying equipment to avoid material deviation during transportation. Adjust the angle and height as needed to achieve the best operation effect.
Electrical Connection (If Applicable):
If the curve is equipped with an electric drive device, make electrical connections and confirm that all connections meet safety standards.
Trial Run:
After the installation is completed, perform a trial run to check whether the operation of the curve is normal. Observe whether there is any abnormal sound or jamming, and make adjustments if necessary.
Records And Maintenance:
After installation, keep records of installation date, equipment model, maintenance recommendations, etc. Regularly check the operation status of the bend to ensure long-term stable operation.
