Type of Overhead Conveyor Tracks
Straight Track
Used where the conveyor chains go straight. Standard length for delivery is 3 meters. It can be cut to its use according to its specific installing conditions.
Bush Track
Can be used for straight track connecting place within the furnace, take-up device can be used too. Straight track can stretch or shrink freely with the bushing so that shape can't be changed under hot or cold conditions.
Vertical Track ( Up track Down track)
Used on the rising or falling areas where the conveying chains pass, with standard diameter 1.2M x 180°. It also can be cut based on any necessary angles of any installing conditions. But the angle should not be more than 45°, and the distance between two adjacent hangers should be considered.
Horizontal Track
Used for conveying chain pass horizontal area. Standard diameter 0.8m-2m x180°, it can be cut based on any necessary angles for specific installing conditions.
Check Track
There is an opening that can open the track, through which the conveyor chain can be disassembled, inspected and repaired, and the drive of each conveyor line should be equipped with a set of inspection tracks. It is generally located between the outlet of the drive unit and the tensioning device for easy inspection and maintenance.
Application of Overhead Conveyor Tracks
● The overhead conveyor track is an ideal solution for equipping modern slaughter departments, especially suitable for hanging, transporting and storing meat in cold storage and processing rooms.
● Overhead conveyor track is mainly used in the mold shop, paint shop, assembly shop, warehouse and slaughterhouse in the flow line to transport materials. It can also be used in combination with a hanging beam crane to extend the service range.
● Curtain equipment for factories, warehouses, stadiums, museums and restaurants.
● Truck body sliding doors, building sliding doors and hanging product display stands.
● Cables for power supply or control to cranes, tools and air hoses.
