The conveying system is mainly composed of the following parts:
Chain conveyor: Chain conveyor is one of the basic conveying equipment for continuous transportation in modern stereoscopic warehouses. It has moderate conveying speed, simple structure, easy maintenance, low cost, but high noise. It is mainly used in the storage area, assembly and packaging area, online picking area, and outbound area of automated stereoscopic warehouses.
Roller conveyor: Roller conveyor is also one of the basic conveying equipment for continuous transportation of goods in modern logistics automated warehouses. It has a simple structure, convenient installation, use, and maintenance, and is suitable for conveying irregular items. It is mainly used in the storage area, assembly and packaging area, online picking area, and outbound area of automated stereoscopic warehouses, and can also play a role in buffering and accumulating.
Chain-roller combined lifting platform: This equipment is mainly used in the intersection of chain conveyors and roller conveyors in the conveying system. A set of lifting devices is used to form a height difference between the two conveyors to achieve a 90-degree change in the direction of unit cargo transportation. Generally, it can be divided into two types according to the different passing methods: T-shaped and cross-shaped.
Belt conveyor: Belt conveyor is a conveyor that uses conveyor belt as a load-bearing and traction component, suitable for conveying various regular or irregular shaped goods. Belt conveyor can convey horizontally or tilted, and the tilt angle is not more than 15°. It is often used for picking operations in logistics centers or distribution centers.
Rail shuttle with chain conveyor or roller conveyor: This equipment can realize the connection between one or more conveyor lines and multiple conveyor lines, complete the cargo diversion work, and is an important part of the non-continuous diversion system. It is mostly installed in front of the entry and exit area of the shelf warehouse, and delivers the incoming goods to the entry area conveyor at one end of each lane or receives the goods from the exit area conveyor.

Automated guided vehicle (AGV) system: An automated guided vehicle is an unmanned automatic conveyor vehicle powered by a battery and equipped with a non-contact guide device. The main function is to transport the load to the specified location according to the production needs of the machine through a complex path under computer control. Automated guided vehicles are divided into electromagnetic guidance, optical guidance, wireless communication guidance, and laser guidance according to different guidance methods.
Computer management system: The computer management system includes two aspects: logistics management and logistics control. It consists of warehouse logistics management computers, logistics tracking computers, and programmable controllers. Under the management and control of the computer system, raw materials can form an automatic and reasonable material flow, realizing high-speed, efficient, timely, and accurate raw material supply and management.
These components work together to ensure the smooth operation and efficient operation of the conveying system.
