2. Engineers design a plan that matches the requirements of customers based on actual production conditions, products and other factors. After the plan is determined, it will be handed over to the production department to arrange the purchase of materials required for production, and arrange personnel to put into production, and process the relevant materials according to the requirements of the drawings.
3. Assembly of the conveyor frame: In the entire production, the production of the conveyor frame must be completed first. The conveyor frame is the main component of the chain conveyor line. The staff cuts the steel and then assembles it by welding according to the design drawings. When connecting the conveyor frame, pay attention to keeping the parts at the same level.
4. Equipment painting: After the conveyor frame of the chain production line is assembled by welding, the entire equipment must be painted. The color can be freely selected for painting. After the painting is completed, the equipment will be placed in a ventilated place to "dry".
5. Install the power device: Chain production lines are generally used to transport heavy items. The power required for chain transmission is provided by the motor, and the choice of motor can be specified by the customer. The power device is installed on the high side of the conveyor rack.
6. Installation of the conveyor chain: After installing the power device, the chain used to carry the goods must be installed on the conveyor rack. When installing the conveyor chain, pay attention to whether the connection between the chains is tight to avoid disconnection during the operation of the equipment. At this point, a highly efficient chain conveyor line is completed. After the equipment is completed, it needs to be tested by engineers before leaving the factory to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
