Step 1: Load Calculation
Formula: Required Load Capacity = (Part Weight + Fixture Weight) × Safety Factor 1.5
For example: A 120 kg engine block with a 30 kg fixture → (120 + 30) × 1.5 = 225 kg minimum capacity, which calls for at least an X348 series trolley.
If your line has frequent starts and stops, multiply by 2.0 for dynamic shock loads.
Step 2: Track Compatibility
Measure your existing I-Beam flange width. The trolley wheel must sit securely on the beam without lateral play. Our X-series trolleys are compatible with standard Chinese (GB), European (EN), and American (ASTM) I-beam profiles.

Trolley Structure & Bearing Technology

Working principle
