2. The equipment system is too hot and there is a pressure problem. If the hydraulic system has no pressure, it is necessary to proceed according to the no oil supply of the hydraulic system during the processing. This problem is mainly caused by the safety valve. If there is a problem with the safety valve, the pressure value needs to be adjusted. If the valve leaks oil, it is necessary to identify the location of the problem and handle it properly. If the temperature of the hydraulic lubrication system is too high, this may be due to problems such as inadequate pressure regulation and failures. At this time, the coefficient needs to be effectively adjusted.
3. Hydraulic system oil supply problem If this problem occurs, it is necessary to quickly find the location of the fault and do a good job of maintenance and management. If the oil level in the mailbox is relatively low, it may be a leakage problem. Find the location of the leakage, repair it, and refuel it to the standard position. The failure of the hydraulic system to supply oil smoothly may also be caused by the blockage of the oil suction pipe. Check the oil filter and the oil suction pipe and quickly clean the blockage. If the viscosity of the oil is relatively high, it is also necessary to clean the mailbox and replace the oil with a lower viscosity. Clean the dust in the oil pump in time to prevent damage to the components.
