Management and maintenance of lubrication equipment

 

I. Training of professional inspection and maintenance personnel
1) Relatively fixed personnel. It is convenient to have an in-depth understanding of the equipment and be familiar with the operating parameters and characteristic status of the equipment.
2) Combination of theory with on-site practice. We have conducted multiple detailed trainings on the functional principles, parameters, key inspection parts, etc. of the equipment for maintenance personnel in various regions, so that maintenance personnel can complete daily inspections independently, actively and in a standardized manner, and promptly discover hidden dangers in the equipment.
3) Fault handling in actual production. We train the methods and steps for handling common faults in hydraulic lubrication, and cultivate and improve the ability of maintenance personnel to analyze and solve problems.
II. Formulation of professional management methods and regulations
1) Refine the inspection routes, inspection parts, and inspection standards of each hydraulic lubrication equipment, print them and fix them on the equipment of each system, so that the inspection personnel can see them at a glance when they inspect the equipment, avoiding the phenomenon of missed inspections, unclear standards, and other vague inspections.
2) We have successively formulated oil sampling regulations, standby pump reverse pump management regulations, oil and gas lubrication system start and stop management regulations, and hydraulic lubrication system oil level control instructions, etc., to carry out standardized and standardized management and supervision of special operations.
3) Formulate emergency plans for the operation of hydraulic lubrication equipment to deal with emergency operations in response to abnormal situations of the equipment and avoid major safety accidents of the equipment.
III. Strengthening oil management
1) Regularly replace the filter element when the filter element pressure difference alarm sounds, standardize the operation, and avoid oil contamination.
2) Reasonably control the oil level. The oil level has a great impact on the life of the hydraulic lubrication equipment and the quality of the system oil. For this reason, the working range is marked on the oil tank level gauge of each set of hydraulic lubrication equipment. Combined with automatic control, it can not only avoid large-scale oil leakage, but also ensure the life of the components and the quality of the oil. When the oil level reaches the marked refueling level, the inspection personnel confirm the oil specifications and models, use a special refueling trolley to refuel, and the oil pipes immersed in the oil tank and oil barrel must be clean to minimize oil contamination.
3) Regularly sample and test the operating hydraulic lubrication equipment, use special sampling bottles, fixed sampling oil pipes, and sample at fixed sampling points to truthfully reflect the oil quality, and make oil sample ledgers to fully grasp the oil quality of each equipment.
4) Clean the equipment oil tank in a targeted manner during the annual overhaul, and strengthen the circulation and filtration of the oil after the oil is reinstalled to ensure the quality of the oil.
5) Continuously strengthen the oil quality awareness of maintenance personnel. Every time when dealing with leaking oil, replacing filter elements, replacing valve parts, etc., pay attention to standard operation and clean operation, so that the awareness of improving oil quality is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.
6) Keep various records, including the results of replacing filter elements, filling oil tanks, etc., and systematically grasp the filter element consumption and oil consumption indicators.
IV. Improvement of spare parts management
1) Spare parts are classified and stored uniformly by manufacturer for easy search, statistics, and use.
2) Make spare parts inventory ledger details, record in and out of the warehouse in time, and change inventory.
3) According to the inventory details, replenish spare parts reasonably and timely, and at the same time avoid excessive capital occupation by spare parts.
4) Since Tangshan Iron and Steel's steel section production line uses a large number of proportional servo valves, in order to reduce the storage of spare parts, a periodic cleaning and inspection system is established for the proportional servo valves. The components used on the inspection line are rotated to monitor the working status of the components in a timely manner. At the same time, the occurrence of failures is greatly reduced and the stable operation of the hydraulic lubrication equipment is ensured.
