Efficiency and Security

The painting production line mainly consists of the pretreatment electrophoretic line, sealing primer line, intermediate coat line, topcoat line, finishing line, and drying system. The entire workpiece conveying system of the painting production line adopts a mechanized conveying method that combines aerial suspension and planar conveying, ensuring smooth, fast, and convenient operation.

It uses PLC programmable control, which can be programmed according to the actual requirements of the production process, implementing on-site bus center monitoring and automatic transfer operations in different zones.

Scope of application: assembly, partial assembly, testing, debugging, and conveying of products in household appliances, electronics, electrical equipment, electromechanical products, instruments and meters, hardware tools, toys, the daily chemical industry, and the food industry.

Process Flow

The workpiece is transported to the front of the water curtain spray cabinet via the hanging chain. During spraying, the paint mist is extracted by a fan, preventing the mist particles from remaining in the air. Instead, they are drawn directly into the water curtain cabinet, which filters out the paint mist generated during spraying.

In addition, the exhaust gas containing paint mist is purified by a demister and secondary activated carbon adsorption, removing organic gases such as benzene, toluene, and xylene.

The treated exhaust gas that meets emission standards is discharged from the exhaust port at high altitude by means of the fan.

This ensures fresh indoor air, meets safe and qualified emission standards, and provides a safe and hygienic working environment.

Delivery System

XT-160
The main function of the XT-160 heavy-duty slide frame is to support the chain, bear the weight of objects and lifting tools, and withstand the combined tension of the chain in vertical bending sections. It also ensures that the work trolley moves smoothly along the track. The material used for this product is 45# steel, which has high strength and good toughness. The slide frame is equipped with rolling bearings, and an injection-molded oil cup is installed at the end of the slide frame, enhancing lubrication and reducing operational resistance.

Water Curtain Spray Booth

Main Features

The clearance dimensions of the spray booth meet the requirements for the maximum workpiece size during spraying and transfer, while also considering the turning radius to avoid interference between products and equipment.

The spray booth adopts a fully enclosed top exhaust design, with side entry and exit doors for workpieces to pass through, preventing cross-interference with external air.

The exhaust volume of the spray booth is appropriately controlled, preventing paint mist overflow while avoiding excessive extraction. This improves paint utilization efficiency, with settling wind speed designed at 0.3 m/s ~ 0.7 m/s.

The spray booth uses a wet paint mist collection system, in which water mist mixes with air containing paint mist for washing and treatment. More than 90% of residual paint mist falls into the bottom water tank, while the air is directed into the exhaust pipe and further treated by a demister and secondary activated carbon through the fan.

Explosion-proof lighting is installed at the top of the water curtain cabinet.

The mist eliminator, also known as the wave-plate mist eliminator, is an essential process in industrial production and exhaust gas treatment. It separates liquid from gas in order to ensure smooth and efficient production. Mist or dust particles are very small; mechanically generated particles range from 1.0 to 150 μm in diameter, while coagulated particles range from 0.10 to 30 μm. Efficient separation requires high performance, low resistance, minimal clogging, a small installation footprint, economical operation, safety, reliability, and ease of use.

Application Features

Application Characteristics of Painting Production Line Engineering

The painting line equipment is suitable for surface painting and spraying of workpieces, and is mostly used for single or small-batch painting operations. It is combined with transport systems such as hanging conveyors, rail cars, and ground conveyors to form an integrated transportation and painting operation.

Engineering Process Layout:

Spraying line: upper conveyor chain → spraying → drying (10 min, 180℃–220℃) → cooling → unloading.

Spraying line: upper conveyor chain → electrostatic dust removal → primer → leveling → topcoat → leveling → drying (30 min, 80℃) → cooling → unloading.

Paint spraying mainly includes oil spray rooms and water curtain spray rooms, which are widely used for the surface coating of bicycles, automotive steel springs, and large loaders.
