Introduction to lubrication device

 

Device that provides lubricating oil when the sewing machine is running. It is classified into gravity lubrication device; device that relies on self-weight or capillary action to transport and distribute lubricating oil to the parts that need lubrication. Generally, an oil tank is used to transport oil through oil lines, oil pads and oil pipes. Pressurized lubrication device: a device that applies pressure to lubricating oil and transports it through pipelines to various parts that need lubrication. Generally, gears, plungers or centrifugal oil pumps are used. Splash lubrication device: a device that splashes lubricating oil to the parts that need lubrication by the rotation of the transmission parts immersed in lubricating oil when the sewing machine is running. Thread tension mechanisms A device that applies clamping force to the thread to allow the thread to form a stitch smoothly under a certain tension. This device can be adjusted as needed.
