There are several ways to adjust the deviation of the conveyor belt:
1. When the conveyor belt deviates in the middle of the conveyor, you can use the method of adjusting the load-bearing rollers. The specific operation method is to move the other side of the roller group forward or move the corresponding side backward according to the direction of the conveyor belt deviation. This adjustment method is based on a principle, that is, "run tight but not loose", and adjust the deviation of the conveyor belt by changing the angle of the roller. For the rollers in the non-load-bearing section, the adjustment method is exactly the opposite of the load-bearing rollers.
2. For conveyors with shorter lengths, you can try to install a self-aligning roller group to adjust the conveyor belt deviation. The self-aligning roller group can force the conveyor belt to automatically be centripetal by rotating in the horizontal plane or generating lateral thrust, thereby achieving the purpose of adjustment. However, it should be noted that this operation is only applicable to conveyors with shorter lengths or bidirectional operation, and will have a certain impact on the life of the conveyor belt.
3. The relative position adjustment between the drive roller and the tail redirection roller or redirection roller is also an important part of correcting the deviation of the conveyor belt. A conveyor is usually equipped with multiple rollers, and the installation position of the roller must be perpendicular to the center line of the conveyor belt. If the deviation is too much, it is easy to deviate. The adjustment method is similar to adjusting the roller, but before adjustment, the actual offset between the center line of the roller and the center line of the conveyor belt must be determined to ensure that the adjusted roller position is correct.
4. Adjust at the tensioning point of the conveyor belt. The adjustment method is similar to the adjustment at the roller. It should be noted that the two redirection rollers on the upper part of the weight should be perpendicular to the length direction of the conveyor belt and also perpendicular to the vertical line of gravity. When using spiral tensioning or hydraulic tensioning, the two bearing seats of the tensioning roller should be translated at the same time to ensure that the axis of the roller is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the conveyor belt.
